Buying new comp for Star trek online but low budget

Hi tomorrow sat the 30 th im ordering a new comp to play star trek online, i have a very low budget and sadly this means i cant build myself.

i have 2 system's picked and its down to these 2 i need you guy's / girls to help me decide

its between

Dell inspiron 620 mt

any help would be great i dont need great full effect's i just need it playable for pvp with an ok resolution

Also i know these are pretty *** for around 500 euro ( 720 USD) but options here in ireland are abit *** even ordering from the uk / mainland europe is an extra 80 euro easy so im stuck with dell .ie ...

I prefer the first option cause you may sell that videocard and get a better one in the future. In addition, its 4gb memory
