What are the prices of each computer, because one might just be a rip off.
Based on specs, they are pretty much the same computer, except for aesthetics. Personally. I would go with the second one just because it has liquid cooling. This will allow you to do better overclocks in the future if you wish to do so.

I think it will be bottleneck on RAM speed because R5 3600 support RAM speed 3200Mhz.
