I'd not go with the 9400f, 9600k series, nor the 3100/3300x if it can be avoided. Yes they perform well today, but tomorrow is a different story.
Cpus, platforms are almost always never upgraded, planned obselesence. Gpus are far more frequently updated. So it's better to get a mobo/cpu that's going to last a good while and swap gpus as needed, than get a good gpu and have to upgrade everything else in a few years.
The 3600 is the best bang for the buck cpu atm, the cost of the motherboard/cooler to get the performance boost with OC on the Intel ruins it.
