Buying new gaming system: HD 7970 vs. GTX 760

Hello,
Building a new (budget) gaming computer, especially for BF4!
Planning to run it with 37 inch TV: This one.

And was wondering, which GPU would perform better 'maxed out' options in BF4 with that TV.
My idea is HD 7970 but maybe better for these 37 inches would be something like GTX 760 4GB?

And yeah, here's the system I 'collected'.

Any suggestions / comments on system much appreciated.

7970 is better than the 760. However, with the price drops coming on the 770's I would go with one of them instead (going to be $350!).
