buying new haddisk

im concidering to buy a new harddisk because my current one is only 600GB but also my pc starts up slowly and i cant be bothered formating my 600GB when i can buy a new 1TB one tho will my pc boot faster if i start freshly on a 1TB harddisk (yes i know its a rubbish question but i just want to make sure)

Yes, until it starts accumulating all the same goop you have on the current one.

It's not slow because of the drive, it's slow because of what is on the drive, and what you are making it do at startup.
