1. What Is Your Country Of Origin?
United States

2. What do you plan to do with this monitor? (ex. Games, Movie Watching, Photo Editing, etc.)
Game

3. What resolution and screen size do you want?
1920x1080 or higher if its in a decent price range.

4. What refresh rate do you want? (ex. 60 hz , 70 hz.)
I think i would like a higher refresh rate but am uncertain if there is a huge difference. Opinions on this welcome 😀

5. How much are you looking to spend?
Id like to find a good place between where price and quality meet up. Ideal situation is to get 3 monitors without breaking the bank

6. Brands Preferred (ex. Samsung, Acer, Asus, AOC, HP, Viewsonic, etc. )
Again Id like to find the point where quality meets price but I do like LG and Asus ( im not too picky here as long as its a decent monitor)

7. Brands Not Preferred (state reason why)

8. Are You Buying More Than One Monitor?
Id like to

9. How Many Displays Can Your GPU Support Maximum? And what GPU and driver version are you using if applicable?
Im actually unsure. Fairly certain i can do two not sure about 3 but planning to upgrade my GTX 670 at some point soon.

10. What Port Do You Want To Connect To (ex. DVI-D, HDMI, etc).
Whatever fits my price range.

11. Is This Monitor A Primary Display Or A Secondary Display?
Well ideal situation is 3 monitors so primary?

12. Is This A Secondary Display For A Laptop?
no

First of all, your 670 can only support one monitor with high settings and more than 30 fps.
Secondly, forget about Asus 248QE, it uses PWM dimming and has mediocre color and contrast. For a relatively cheap 144Hz monitor, consider the LG 24GM77.

Finally, a 3-monitor setup with TN panels will not look good, because TN monitors shift their gamma value as you look at them from an angle. For a 3 way monitor setup, I would definately buy IPS monitors, 3 of these would be great (its glossy coating also makes the image clearer and the colors more vibrant): http://www.nextag.com/serv/main/buyer/OutPDir.jsp?search=Dell+S2415H&psort=1
More Hz are not something very impressive, especially if you cannot accompany them with high fps, but other features of these monitors like G-Sync / Freesync and motion blur reduction make a significant difference.

Don't get me wrong, it is a good gpu for one monitor. It is not good enough for than one.

With the current gpu, no reason to go for multi-monitor setups and 144Hz monitors. One of the Dell I posted above is enough.

If we consider replacing the gpu, the other options that are relatively cost-effective are:
1) Acer XB270HU + GTX 970 or even 980ti for maxing out 120+ fps with high settings (G-Sync)
2) Asus MG279Q + R9 390 (Freesync)
The first setup is a bit better because G-Sync works at a broader fps range, but the second setup is considerably cheaper.

IMO, the two above setups are better than a multi-monitor setup. And it is more hassle-free too.
