Hi,
I am planning to buy a new Acer monitor model-
Acer 23.6 inch(59.9 cm) FHD 165Hz Gaming Monitor I 300nits Brightness I AMD Free Sync I 2 x HDMI (2.0) 1 x Display Port (Model: KG241QS)

The thing is it does not have a VGA port I currently have only VGA in my system.
Should I buy a graphics card for HDMI or DISPLAY PORT?
When I searched some said the VGA does not support the highest refresh rate. This monitor has a 165ghz refresh rate. will that affect if I use the convertor?

- If I need to buy suggest to me a graphics card (enough for display purposes). I have a DH55PJ motherboard.
- If I am not buying and using HDMI to VGA convertor will that affect the monitor.
