Buying new motherboard and CPU

Hello, I have recently bought new RAM and a new GPU and next on my list is a MOBO and CPU update. Having just spent so much on my GPU I am looking for a mid range motherboard that has the potential for high end CPU's to eventually be installed on it. Can anyone suggest a reasonable motherboard/CPU combination? It would need at least a PCI-e for my wireless card and a PCI-e 3.0 for my GPU. This isn't my first time actually putting together a computer but it is my first time shopping around for parts as you can tell.

I have a 550W corsair PSU, r9 380 GPU, 8gb corsair DRAM currently, an AMD A6-6400k and an f2a78m-hd2 mobo. I would probably be looking to spend a maximum of £150 on the combined mobo and cpu, possibly stretching to £200 if I wait until later in the year
