i wish i had links to all the parts from newegg but he posted this from another forum.. it seems like everything is good but im concerned about the graphics card since i have never heard of the brand, nor does it have reviews or any kind of rating.. im sure this configuration isnt perfect to those who are more experienced so if you guys could tweek what i have into something more solid that would be greatly appreciated! ive been looking at parts all day and i just cant decide

Would be more concerned about the PSU than the GPU. RAIDMAX is a brand well known for making horrible Power Supplies. Gonna have to get a better quality unit.
Given your budget, recommend this.
Corsair Builder 500W, 80+ Bronze. $60 ($20 rebate)

RAM is no good, cant have 1.65v RAM on an Intel system.
Patriot Viper 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz CL9 1.5v. $35 ($10 rebate)

Otherwise should be good, if a little budget oriented. I would advise downgrading the GPU to a 7770 and freeing up ~$100 so you can get better a better PSU, case and such. But the ultimate decision if yours.
