Buying new pc in components online help needed

Hi i live in Croatia. Unfortunatly computer parts and all electronic in general is damn expensive here. For example an i7 4790k costs 430€. Im looking for online stores that have reliable international shiping and offer discounts (or free shiping) when spending more than ( don't know maybe 800-900€ or less).

For you it's probably the best to set it to "Deutschland" at the right hand top.

I recently checked out parts picker and one thing negative that I see is that they offer you a price (and many people post these prices here) but most of your discounts come in the form of mail in rebates (which most people don't post when giving a price here). It is still savings but you may need to go the extra step after paying full price.
