Buying new pc

Hi guys, I am buying new pc and I need some advice for mobo and cpu.

GPU: GTX 970 4gb
RAM: 8gb
PSU: XFX 650w 80+ gold
SSD: 250gb samsum, i am not going to buy HDD , it will be enough

So , what mobo should I get?
I want to go on intel, and I am thinking between i5 4460 and i53570k. I am not going to OC anything, I do not like doint that

if you're getting a new cpu and Motherboard may as well just go with a skylake build, something like the below would do you very well indeed.
