[SOLVED] buying new pc

Question Pc part buying help please im gonna buy new pc so i have a budget 2000 e and i wanna know where i can get those parts cheaper since is black friday but i heard there are some new CPU coming next year and that is not good time to buy them now. Do you suggest i wait for that new CPU's?
