buying new system. will this work for gaming?

So im going to buy some new stuff and im wondering if this will be to enough. Im just going to play games on the computer. It have:

Intel i5 4460 processor
8 GB DDR3 memory
1 TB SATAII harddrive
Gigabyte GA-H81M-H motherboard
Nvidia GTX 960 2 GB graphics card
Dvd RW SATA drive
500W crosair pcu

Will this be enough to play all the latest games out there on like medium or high setting? Or do i need an uppgrade on something...

You're good on Medium settings with upto 60fps and 30-45 fps on Ultra Settings.

How much would you say this parts are worth?
