Question buying oem gpu

i am planning to buy a used 1650 from an office computer used for rendering images for 2 months... the gpu subvendor is pcpartner .. is it worth it to buy since it is 60dollars cheaper than a brand new msi 1650?

thats the owner said and only 2 months because he left the job because of pandemic and he is selling it because he got a new job
