[SOLVED] Buying Parts after a failed CMOS reset.

Hi guys, so as it stands, my PC is currently dead. After a failed CMOS reset to get new ram installed, my PC is currently non-functioning (As in, doesn't even boot with power going to it). So, I ended up buying new parts since the system is 4 years old anyways. The newest part I have in there is my GPU - MSI GTX 1080 Ti. The new parts I've bought are as followed; CPU, Motherboard, RAM, SSD, CPU Cooler, Power Supply. Now I'm just wondering, is there any potential chance my current SSD/HDD data would've been wiped? Or by any chance, any damage to my GPU?. I wanna make sure I have my new system ready to go ASAP.

No reason any data should have been wiped. You will definitely want to do a fresh install of Windows in new system however
