Question Buying pc components from Germany to Italy????

Hi I’m from Italy but I would like to buy from amazon Germany the last components of my new pc, that are: a m.2 SSD, a cpu cooler, an amd video card and a cpu ryzen ... because first of all i can’t find them in italy, they are sold out ... and secondly, including shipping costs (€15) I should still save around €60 ... would there be incompatibilities??? I mean Incompatibilities of any kind: language, plugs, connectors, etc. I want that everything can be like if i’m buying from Italy...

They are all in English and parts are standard all over the world.

The bios is in english?? Or multilanguage???

Some are multilingual but most are in English. Only ones I have seen only in particular language are ready made, brand name computers like Dell or HP.
