With Haswell launching the first week of June, I would consider waiting a few weeks to build a system. It won't be a huge difference, but you'll get slightly better performance and less heat generation for the same price. There have also been several motherboards previewed recently that have better onboard sound than the current generation, which might be a consideration if you're not planning on buying a sound card. Aside from that, I would advise against the SLI 680s. You'll save quite a bit by going with a pair of 7970s or 670s, and you won't see any drop in performance. I would also recommend the Samsung 840 pro for an SSD. It's about $50 more, but it's a pretty solid upgrade. The same goes for the Swiftech H220: it's the same size as the Thermaltake cooler, but for about $10 more it will make less noise and keep your CPU temps lower. One other thing to consider is that you're looking at a motherboard that's capable of overclocking, but selected a multiplier locked CPU. For a few dollars more you can get the "K" version, which you should be able to overclock fairly well with a good CPU cooler.

If you really need to build a system this week, that's the CPU I would go with.
