Quick update: Can someone please recommend a different CPU fan that fits the following criteria:

-Very slim low profile design.
-Fairly quiet (not silent, just not load)
-Under $30
-Completely black (a little white on it is fine, I want it to match the black and white mobo).

Any suggestions would help a lot!

-Cheaper RAM, same performance.
-Better motherboard.
-Cheaper version of the GTX 770, but it will still perform the same.
-Cheaper HDD. There's no point in going with a Hybrid Drive right now because it's not worth it. You save ~$40-50 by going with a regular HDD over a Hybrid Drive. If you add a bit more, you can get a regular 120gb SSD: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/samsung-internal-hard-drive-mz7te120bw

I would advise switching out the case to something like the Bitfenix Prodigy and getting a regular PSU because it will be much cheaper and you get a better quality psu. However, if you really like the look of the Hadron, then it's fine.

The cpu cooler is a bit tricky for your requirements. I would recommend the Hyper 212 EVO because it's the best performing cpu cooler even past it's price range: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2
However, it is not low-profile or black. Nonetheless, it looks fine and it will perform phenomenal for the price.

As far as I'm aware, the only decent performing low-profile black cpu cooler is this Phanteks one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc14csbk
However, it is past your $30 budget and it will perform very closely to the hyper 212 EVO. The 212 EVO is a much better buy, but if you want a low profile black cpu cooler, that's the best you can get.

First off, thank you so much for all the changes. I am going to use some of them.

My only question I have is about the motherboard. That's the one part I have been really indecisive about. For a long time, I was using the ASRock board in my build. I switched that for the MSI board mostly for the stability of the MSI board. According to a lot of reviews, the ASRock board is somewhat of a "beta" board. There are a lot of issues with it. Will I run into any issues with the board?
