Buying PC Parts

I was thinking if I should buy all my parts at once or individually? I ask because at different times, prices can either go up or down so I was wondering if I should just buy an individual part when I see a steal or just buy all at once. What should I do?

Buy it all at once. Yes, prices will fluctuate, but if you wait for certain parts to go down in price you might be waiting for a very long time.

what if i can't buy it all at once but i see a part for a great price? grab it or no?

Then just buy the separate part.
