Buying second hand cpu (i7 4790 (K))

Hello,i am going to buy one of theese CPU-s

But i want someone to tell me if they are legit because they are cheap!

ask him the specifications of his full rig.
if its an overclockable pc with a bad powersupply than ehhh i wouldnt go for it.

also get a confirmation of his purchase date.

they say in the description that they are new without the box, and i asked them if the cpu-s have warrnity. I am waiting answer...

It's fake, you can clearly see the printing on the dye that its not legit, also if you compare it with another chip which is legit you see they are not the same. Steer away from this!
