Buying Used 1080 msi gamingX

So I was browsing and saw a msi gtx 1080 gaming x being sold for $440. Its in like new condition with original box. Offered $400 but she said last price she can give me is 430 and card was not used that much. Should I jump the $430? She lives around my city so we can meetup and trade.

It looks new even the sticker for the fan is kept and still sticks like new.

It's a great price , well worth it , just be careful and stay safe when meeting to purchase it , if you buy it. That's a lot of money to have on you.
