Buying Used Locked Processor? Help!

I am om a really tight budget and I saw an i5 4460 at 120€
It sounds like an awesome deal, and seing as the processor islocked, there wouldn't be so many problems, right?
What do you guys think?

The multiplier being locked is only inconvenient if you're planning on overclocking the CPU. 120 EUR seems like a good deal for that CPU though.
