Buying windows 10 from USA store from outside USA

I want to buy Windows 10 from USA store (mainly because price differences), but I don't live in USA
How do I do this though? Because when I tried to check out, I was asked to fill in address (which I don't have)
Can I just use paypal to pay and add any random address when checking out? (or does it works with credit card too?)

is it a physical copy of windows?

or just they email you the key?

never tried myself

but since its just an email i would think any address you added to your paypal account would be accepted

though have no idea how any taxes/import duty etc would work in the case of this since theres no physical item

Just make sure you use YOUR Email account when creating your Microsoft login ID (Windows login), so the license is tied to your account, in the event you change hardware in the future and want to re-install Windows.
