Buzzing and cracking noise,but no sound at all

I just built a PC from some parts that my friend gave me. I run it with my old hdd and OS I could inly hear buzzing and transfering sound from left to tight on headphones and speakers. Because its new motherboard I thought maybe drivers, done new system,sti have a problem. Installed old sound card without driver. Still problem occurs same problem,even amplified sounds. Does anyvody have idea what could it be? Motherboard,cpu and RAM arr used parts, worked perfectly before.

Case: Thermaltake versa N23
500GB HDD,optical drive and 3chasis fans,2on Molex,1on Motherboard
PSU,and case are new

1. Have you looked over the Sound controllers in Device Manager?
2. Have you checked which "Playback" devices are enabled/disabled in your audio control panel?

1. I will check device menager,totally forgot about it
2.Yes I tried always when speakers or headphones selected, buzzing and cracking can be heard,when I mute sound there goes a buzzing and cracking
