Hi. I had a Sapphire R9 280X Vapor-X, but it had coil whine so I got it replaced by a ASUS R9 280X DCIIT. Since then, when I play a game with my headphones plugged in my front case panel I have buzzing coming from them. I can clearly hear it. It's not from the headphones, I tested them. The buzzing is only when ingame. Any ideas?

From the sound of it, I'd say it's interference from the video card.

The integrated sound card wasn't grounded well, so it's picking up static from the card. Not enough to actually hear it in most cases, but when the video card is actively being used (ie, gaming) enough interference is generated for you to be able to hear it.

I've had the same issue with this computer, and I've been using this to resolve that.

Typically static happens as a result from EMI. You might try to re-route your front header wires and keep them away from other wires. Specifically power wires.

You never want your sound wires to be running parallel to power wires if at all possible.
