Question Buzzing in headphones after transporting PC ?

Hello, a few days ago i came home from university and I brought my PC with me, after i installed it back i noticed a buzz in my headphones, i thought the problem were the headphones as they were kind of old, so I bought another pair of headphones but the buzzing is still there. Do you have any idea what might’ve gone wrong with the PC?

Also, i forgot my psu power cord so i used another one, i noticed that when i move the power cord into my psu the static seems to be louder, could that be the problem?

Lack of, or poor grounding will do this. This is proven by your statement that this changes when you wiggle the power cord. Start with a new (brand new, not from some other piece of equipment) power cord. If that doesn't fix it have an electrician look at the receptacle.

Would my original PSU fix my issue? I could go back and get it

The only answer to that is "Maybe". Without testing that's the only answer there is.

I tried with my original power cord, the same thing… i can also hear the static when moving the mouse around

I also tried with different outlets and got the same result
