Buzzing noise coming from PC when running games.

I just purchased and installed a new PSU and Graphics card (Corsair cs600 and asus strix gtx 970)

But when i'm playing games like Far Cry Blood Dragon or Dragon Age Inquisition the is a buzzing noise comming from what sound like my CPU (i5 3340).

It's a constant buzzing noise. Not very high pitched but it does change pitch ever so slighty when i cycle through the graphical presets on blood dragon.

Is this coil whine from my GPU?

Most likely the fan revving up and down. Bad fan?

In most cases, I have solved coil whine by swapping PSUs. Do you have something else around that uoyou can test it with ?

Enable v-sync and/or limit fps to refresh rate of your monitor.

It almost sounds like electrical buzzing. But the slight change in pitch while changing the graphics options is coil whine isn't it?

I tried stopping the fans on everything and the sound persisted. And I did just try my old gtx 650 back in and it seemed like and even fainter buzzing during normal system operations.

I don't have any other equiptment to test with

My frame rates are only around 80 fps...

If your monitor is 60hz. then you are drawing extra 20 fps for nothing.

I tried the V-Sync option, the noise persists just a little bit less loud.
So should I get a replacement? It's still under store warranty.
