[SOLVED] Buzzing noise coming from pc

Hey guys I recently had an up prebuilt that I swapped out the case to put a gpu in it. But now I am hearing a buzzing noise coming from the back of the pc when I play games. I bought a used rx 470 off of eBay that was in good condition. I thought the gpu fans were making the noise so I went to msi afterburner and turned the fans to 100% and the fans weren’t making the noise. It’s only while I play games. What I think is making the noise is the cpu cooler fan or hard drive. Can anyone help me.

Ow. Thats probably the source of the noise.

Tt smart 600w are not very good and it could be ramping up fan and being noisy under the load of an rx470.
