Question Buzzing noise when gaming that stops when I go off the game

Recently I have noticed that this sound has been happening when playing games. I’m a bit worried this is not normal and there could be a fault. As soon as I stop gaming or go onto the main menu of the game it stops.

Anyone any ideas if this is normal or an issue?

Sounds like coil whine or a cable brushing against a fan blade. You should roll a sheet of A4 paper, hold one end to your ear while the other end is used to probe for the source of the sound.

GPU: nvidia 2070 super

Just wondering would this be normal? If it stupid question I apologise I’m new to all this. I just noticed it a few weeks ago, it’ll constantly do that until I turn it on again. If I turn it off at the switch in the back then it’ll go off completely, but not until then.
