I'm not sure if this will be the right section for this but i'm guessing it has something to do with my graphics card. I just started having this problem and i recently did just upgrade my graphics card. This problem only occurs though when the sound is through my tv, when i use my headphones instead the buzzing doesn't happen while in a game. I recorded the sound for you guys to listen to just in case and hopefully it helps in solving this problem. i will also list my specs down below, i also want to add that so far this seems to only happen in black ops iii and american truck simulator. I have been playing dead island definitive edition through my tv speakers and never once got that buzzing sound so im not sure what is happening. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me figure this out because i am stumped on what to do.

Thats really weird that that was causing the issue i dont know why that would be the case... maybe that slot on the mobo is damaged? Anyway if the second slot is a PCIexpress x16 then there shouldn't be a huge difference but the first does generally run faster simply because it is located closer to the CPU.

Yep all of my drivers are up to date even reinstalled my amd drivers to be sure, don't understand why this doesn't happen in my headset though but it happens when i have the tv set to default.

Right, it only does it when i have the tv set to default for sound but when i set the headset i have to default it doesn't make the sound it works great. But it only happens in games watching a youtube video with tv works fine and so does listening to music through the tv.

Sorry for the triple post but i seem to have solved the issue i was having by switching the graphics card to my second pcie slot. Now i know it's best to use your graphics card with the first slot so i'm wondering now will it be alright to use my graphics card in the second slot?
