I recently got a new PC built for me and everything is working perfectly but whenever I open up a game I get a buzzing noise from my speakers and it happens in my headphones too. For example in Fortnite, I constantly have the buzzing noise and if I change the quality settings or change my max fps, the noise changes and sounds different but it's still an annoying buzz. This is with my headphones plugged in at the front of the PC, if I plug them in at the back it seems to fix the problem but the sound is quiet and it can't get loud enough so I prefer it plugged in at the front. When I first got the PC there was a coil whine for about 1-2 days but that has gone and been fine since, it's only through my speakers now when playing games and i'm not sure how to fix it.

no luck 🙁

Everything disabled and still there, what I find strange is that it doesn't happen when plugging it directly into the motherboard at the back but then the volume can't get high?

Motherboard : H370 Aorus Gaming 3
Processor : Intel Core i7-8700k 3.70Ghz
Memory : 16GB Ram
Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti
Power Supply : Corsair CX750M

Not sure if this is all you need but let me know if there's anything else

Motherboard has 7.1 channel connections. I guess your front panel audio is not 7.1 but rather simple stereo. When connecting to the rear 7.1 audio, go to your realtek settings and disable any surround options if checked. To get 7.1 audio you need a 7.1 headset/speakers. Tweak with the enhancments in realtek interface. For the problem with the front audio, you have to look closer to all of your connections. Make sure motherboard is not shorting with the case, check all your front panel cables. I am afraid you are recieving the coil whine in the front panel though.

I can't seem to access my realtek settings anywhere on my computer. I downloaded the realtek drivers and when I update them it turns into 'High Definition Audio Device' but still no realtek manager or anything in my control panel.
