Buzzing sound coming from motherboard

2 days ago my motherboard started making a buzzing sound when it has power but even when the computer is turned off. The buzzing stops when I remove the power (remove the cable from the power supply or simply switch de power supply off).

I have done some tests and came up with these results, the buzzing only starts when the 24 Pin ATX is connected: http://imgur.com/x9QpOpB. I tried remove RAM, I tried using another working power supply from my roommate computer and the buzzing was still there, but only if that 24 Pin ATX was connected.

I have recorded the buzzing sounds, but as you know it's not very loud, but I can still hear it with the computer case closed. The recording starts with nothing, then a "click" indicating I switch the power supply on, and then you can hear the buzzing, then I turned the power supply off again, and so on so you can clearly distinguish the buzzing sounds. I ramped up the volume on the file
so the "click" might be loud so beware.

So I'm still using the computer and it's working perfectly, but I'm just wondering if I should be worried about my other components (I don't want it to break my expensive gpu :/) and is there something I can do besides changing motherboard (if the motherboard is the problem). By the way the sounds seems to come from the cpu area, I have a corsair h100i water cooler, it couldn't be this would it?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Forgot to link the recording: https://clyp.it/jxgomnpp
EDIT 2: My motherboard is Gigabyte Z87X-D3H-CF, less than 2 years old, if that helps.

that's coil wine its caused by prolonged use, you usually see it more commonly in gpus.

there is know way to fix it unless you can replace the specific coil, not easy and you could break the mobo
the best solution is a new mobo to fix it

it will not cause any harm to components and you do not have to replace it, you could just deal with the noise, which is annoying
