Buzzing sound coming from my PC

I recently bought a PC and it starts buzzing for some reason. When I take the side panel off it stops buzzing. I don't know what's going on.

i5 4460
GTX 960
WD 1tb
Seasonic 520w PSU
8gb gskill ram

Edit: tried to find where the sound is coming from, seems like the buzzing is coming from the optical bay area. I dont have anything installed there. When I press down on the front of the panel the buzzing stops.

I have the same case as you, and thats pretty strange, nothing that vibrates is directly connected to the side pannel.
Do you have the side pannel screwed in? How many fans and cooler do you have?

I have 1 exhuast fan at the back and a standard intel cooler. There is absolutely nothing at the front so it is really weird that there is a loud buzzing coming from there.

The noise is coming from zhe front of your case then?
It could be the disc driver or the hdd in the back

the buzzing is loudest near the optical bay slot at the front

try turning the computer off and unpluging the disc drive adn turning it back on, see if that stops the noise

how will I go into windows without my disk drive? the buzzing is very random. I've taken the side panel off and put it back on and the buzzing has stopped for now but I did this before and the buzzing comes back.

Your windows is installed on your hdd, you just need the disk drive when you are installing windows
(just to note i meant the optical disk drive, not the hard drive)

I have nothing installed in the optical bay, no disk drives no blu ray players nothing its completely blank there yet the sound comes from there

Ok, thats preatty strange, i really have no idea what it could be. The only thing at the top of the cse there is the power button and that shouldn be making any noise
