Buzzing sound/ FPS drop

Hello,
I am having problem where my speakers Genius buzz when I play game in background and when I listen some music on youtube... Sometimes it doesn't buzz but my fps is low, I think fps is the problem, my picture in cs:go i slowly moving and hard, not smooth. But I sometimes hear this buzzing sound and fps is normal and game is smooth but I hear this buzz. Any solution'

My specs:
i5-3570k (oc 4.2)
gtx 660ti (-50 for clocks)
520w power supply
8gb ram
asus p8y77-v deluxe

If the buzzing comes from the speakers, maybe reposition your speakers or plug them in another available jack (some PC's have a jack on the front and another in the back).

If the buzzing still persists, like what was happening on my previous desktop, buy a cheap USB sound card. They cost less than 10$ and won't buzz as they don't pick up the internal interference (probably due to your GPU in your case).
