[SOLVED] Buzzing sound from GPU under load

I'm using a RTX 2080-TI with EVGA 1000 G+ 80 gold. I've been using them both for about 2 years now. When playing games, I hear a buzzing sound coming from my GPU. I know it's the GPU, because HWMonitor showed a correlation between the buzzing and power consumption. My conclusion is that, the higher the power value %, the louder the buzzing sound. It really starts to become annoying at 60%.

Is this normal, or should I look for some type of solution?

Coil whine, nothing can be done to stop it, only limit it. My suggestion wear headphones or put your case where the sound will be limited from it.
