I get buzzing noise in headphones plugged to my sound card while moving mouse or playing games...

My rig:
ASUS Z170 Gaming Pro
i7 6700k
Gigabyte GTX 1070
Kingston 16Gb ram
PSU - EVGA Supernova 850 P2
ASUS Strix Raid Pro Sound Card

I got the soundcard few days ago and this noise is driving me crazy... What can I do to stop it?

PS: When I use power saving options on my PC the noise in headphones is not so loud, but gaming performance is worse.

Solution
What you hear is static noise, if you have audio jack on front panel of your pc 1. try plugging it there.
I had same issue when when my speakers were buzzing because of my keyboard backlight. 2. You may try to unplug everything beside power and video cord and see if buzzing still remain.
3. Try to route your cables away from headphone cable.
If it doesn't solve the problem then u will have to pay money to get around it.
