Buzzing sound from headset (Tried three different headsets).

A month or two ago, my dad unplugged my PC and was working on it. When it was plugged back in, I could hear a static, buzzing crackling noise through my headset. I tried a different pair of headphones and they still had the crackling noise, so obviously it's a computer problem. Any help? Thanks.

Your jack might have been moved/damaged during your dad's work. Try checking the jack

Forgot to mention something, I have the same issue with USB headsets as well.
