Question Buzzing sound / noise - GA-965P-DS4 REV1.0

Now this is something i heard for the 1st time in my life...

The PSU is working perfectly fine, RAM slots are seated ok, 24pin is plugged in all the way (4pin cpu power, 4-pin molex too)... It won't boot up with sticks in yellow slots... but does in red ones (as you can see in the video at the link below).

Actually it is coming from speaker... The buzzing is gone when I unplug it...
But I'm wondering what's causing it... Could it be the faulty speaker?

It was somewhat common for boards back then to have only one pair of RAM slots work reliably, and that filling all 4 slots wouldn't work.

I didn't see a speaker in your video.

I figured out what the problem was... Because i was forced to reset CMOS, the values for SYS_FAN and CASE_FAN failure warnings were set to ENABLED, thus that irritating high pitch sound. Since I don't have any additional fans plugged in, i set these to DISABLED.
