Buzzing sound PC.

Hello everyone.
So, I've got a really annoying problem that appeared today at morning.
While watching Youtube, the video freezes for a bit, and continues. Sometimes with a bit of buzzing sound in the headsets That i use.
While playing games it freezes for a bit, and then the buzzing sound appears.
My specs :
Rx 570 8gb OC

R5 2600

16 gb ddr4 ram

240 gb ssd

Ms-7b84

pc only 2 weeks old

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Uninstall and reinstall your audio drivers. FYI, with bare VRM area on that board, I wouldn't overclock on that board to the slightest degree.
