Question Buzzing sound then restarts pc.

i am experiencing this issue with my newly built pc. the screen will turn black and i will hear a buzzing sound on my headset for a couple of seconds then the pc will restart. can anyone help me figure out where the issue is coming from?

Ryzen 9 3900x
msi x570 gaming pro carbon wifi
asus rog tuf 5700 xt
corsair vengeance 2x8gb 3000mhz

Do you use an old PSU ?

The common factors here is either PSU itself (or it may also be a bad onboard voltage regulator on main board, but PSU fault seems more likely).

i am using a corsair hx1000i right now.

now i am having this problem that. it only shows a blank white screen and a black vertical line in the middle on booting windows.

Does that also happens if you're using the onboard GPU ?

There is no onboard GPU on a 3900x unfortunately

I'd suggest contacting Asus to see whether they might RMA the GPU

Ok, I googled it and taught I saw an hdmi adapter on the back

There are display outputs on the mobo in case it has an APU (e.g. R5 2400G) that does have onboard graphics, but the Ryzen processors like 3900x don't have any unfortunately.

I had the card sent back to asus. the local store did a stress test and a white screen appears when it hits certain Temps.
