[SOLVED] Buzzing sound when freezing

HI

My pc is around 6 years old and i have msi 970 ga motherboard 6300 amd processor which is water cooledwith a gtx 1060 6gb card 32gb of ram 2x kingston hyper x and 2x amd gamer series 8gb sticks every now and the my computer will freeze and make my audio freeze and sound like a horrible buzzing sound im not sure if my pc is optimized or what is causeing the problem please help

It used to be thing with my PC long time ago, do you have any airflow across the CPU socket?

The likely problem is cooling of the vrm's on the motherboard.
Take the case covers off and direct a house fan at the innards.
If this fixes the problem, see if you can't improve case cooling airflow.
