Question Buzzing sound

Pc makes buzzing sound when under heavy load, when its idle its not noticeable but still there. The sound appears to be coming from socket, is there any chance that its bad psu and not the socket? I tried changing psu cable but the buzzing was still there.

Which hardware are you using?
CPU, GPU, PSU?

All fans can spin fine? No cables blocking?
