Buzzing/static noise from headphones

Hey, after I installed a new cpu 4670k and graphics card rx580, I noticed a static noise coming from my headphones which is connected straight to mobo. Noise intensity does change when system has different amount of load. Example: while playing PUBG in menu and gameplay noise intensity is different. What can be done to solve it or what are possible causes to this issue? Right now im thinking if a cheap 10€ USB soundcard would reduce static noise coming from motherboard and will I suffer from any sound quality if I get a ~10€ USB soundcard.

Simple 10€ USB soundcard did the job, I dont notice any loss in sound quality.
