Okay, so I've read a few existing questions on this and none of them have really seemed to 'help' me.
My headphones are plugged into a USB audio card, and I've tried different headphones and also without the audio card but I seem to get a weird buzz. When I move my computer away from everything (drag it out from under the desk until the cables are tight) the static seems to quieten very so slightly, but it obviously doesn't stop anything. Also, when I unplug my 2nd monitor from my GPU, it fixes my headphones for a split second then just goes back to buzzing.
I've seen this may be a grounding problem but I can't seem to find a fix for it.
Thanks, Owen.
