I have an old work laptop that i can't get logged into as my password on the work domain has been changed.
I tried to log in just to the pc but that isn't working either.
Then i tried booting into Safe Mode with Command Prompt hoping i could get in that way but it is still bringing me to the Ctrl+Alt+Del screen before the cmd window opens.
I did get into Safe Mode by holding down Shift when restarting and then selected Command Prompt that way but ti says no Administrator account exists on the laptop so it goes no further.
Only other option i can think of is the Factory Reset but maybe i need to get logged in to even do that!
So essentially what i need is help to get me into the laptop without having to use a password and then begin able to change the login process to save me having to log in to the work domain.
Hope someone can help otherwise i may as well chuck the laptop in the bin!
