Bypass Windows Password login screen?

Bought a used Acer PC from my work when it was going out of business. How can I bypass the Windows 7 login screen or restore to factory defaults?

Re-install windows. Sorry but by rules we can't help you such as by pass previous user accounts. As we have had to many theifts post here on how to get the stuff off the real owners computer such as Identity info, Credit card info. any financial info... etc

Password assistance is not offered on these forums as there is too much potential for abuse. You will need to contact the PC vendor, someone at your company's IT department, or Microsoft for assistance.
