I was creating a Win 11 install USB with Rufus and this came up.

I was unaware you could do that, but with a quick search, I found this:

https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/bypass-windows-11-tpm-requirement

So I guess it is easy to do, and I will use it on my FX-8350 system. But I am building 3 new computers (Ryzen 5 5600s), that are Win 11 compatible. Is there any reason to or not to remove those requirements on a system that is Win 11 compatible already?

MS has said that unsupported systems might stop getting support (like updates) in the future.
One one hand that is just corporate talk, they have to say these things to be legally covered, on the other hand they might actually implement something like that.
Even though there is zero reason for them to do it.
Up until now unsupported systems are still getting all of the updates.

Hello
i have a computer built in 2016 that meets all Win 11 requirements EXCEPT the processor. can I upgrade and still keep my files and get updates? Or could I upgrade the processor itself?
I have an HP Omen 870-130VX desktop

Please start a NEW thread for your particular situation.
Be sure to tell us what specific CPU etc.

But, a new CPU generally means a new motherboard.
Which means a full OS reinstall.
