c:\ access denied

hai i use windows 7.when i install oracle10g suddenly stop windows7 and when i restart my pc the local os drive c:\ when i click it shows location is not available access denied..even i open any program it shows the spelling mistake or network problem please click diagnose it shows how to solve this problem..

right click on the C drive and then go to properties. Then go to security. What users are listed to access it?

Is your 'Restore' function still working?

Try to restore your machine to a date before you installed oracle.

Where did you obtain your copy of Oracle?

Another possibility is to see if you can create a new user account with administrative privileges.

If you can then you may be able to edit the C drive's security settings.
