Hey!
My C drive has only 21GB free of 111GB and i’m afraid it will slow down windows, is it?
(I have already tried different methods of freeing space)

Solution
Yes it will slow down performance of Windows generally if the system HDD is almost full, plus it will become impossible to defrag because of insufficient free space to shift data around.

A 120GB drive is too small a capacity if it's being used for Windows & everything else --- you should look at changing it for a 1TB drive, or add another HDD for storage .

Assuming this is a 120GB SSD, yes, it will start to slow down the less free space you have.

Solution:
Buy another drive and move some things to that.
