C: Drive not visable in My Computer and its not hidden.

I can't seem to figure this out. I can't see my C: drive on the My Computer screen or see a flash drive when I connect it. I can get to them in CMD and they are there. I tried to unhide them both but they are already unhidden. Any suggestions I'v tried everything.
Windows 7
Clean install
